This was really convenient for my traveling alone with a toddler! I was happy to know I would have help with my luggage on both ends of my trip. Wasn’t impressed on drop off that the lady didn’t seem to know she was going to help me into the terminal, and seemed annoyed she had to help, (so I was a bit worried for the end of my trip) but when I arrived back to Ottawa the guy was much more helpful! He helped right from baggage claim and had planned a spot for my daughter and I to stay warm while he pulled up the car. They also had already used my jug of washer fluid to top it off so I wouldn’t have to before my drive home. The price was great too. Thanks Mr. Park!! I will definitely be using you guys again next time I travel from Ottawa.
